Texas Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 small onion
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
    2 boxes cornbread mix
    3 Joyously peppers, chopped
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Saute meat until brown.
    Saute onion; drain.
    Beat eggs.
    Add corn, bread mix and milk; mix well.
    Preheat cast-iron skillet in oven at 350\u00b0.
    Remove; grease pan.
    Place 1/2 cornbread mixture into pan.
    Add hamburger, onion, peppers and cheese.
    Top with remaining cornbread mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove from oven; place on wet towel for 15 minutes.
