Hurry Up Veal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large veal cutlet
    1 large egg, beaten
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 large onion
    1 green pepper
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can spaghetti sauce
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Dip cutlet in beaten egg, then in bread crumbs.
    Brown in oil in skillet. Add rest of ingredients and cover.
    Cook on low heat until veal is tender.
