Creole Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread, cubed
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    3 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Combine bread cubes in milk; set aside.
    Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla, salt and margarine.
    Pour over bread and milk.
    Add raisins and mix well.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Place dish in a pan of hot water.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 about 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
