Lima Con Carne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. large dried lima beans
2 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 large onion, chopped
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 c. shredded American cheese
1 bag corn chips
Preparation

Wash soybeans and then remove any foreign particles. Cover soybeans with cold water.
Refrigerate or freeze overnight. Freezing will lessen the amount of cooking time needed.
