Butter Pecan Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. margarine
2/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/3 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. honey
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Combine 1 1/4 cups flour and 1/3 cup sugar in a medium bowl; cut in 1/2 cup butter with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Press mixture evenly into a greased 9-inch square pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Combine next 7 ingredients and beat well.
Stir in pecans.
Pour filling over prepared crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until firm.
Let cool on rack; cut into squares.
Makes 3 dozen.
