Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
    2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. rhubarb, diced
Preparation
    Dissolve soda in milk.
    Mix ingredients, put in cake pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
