Pork Piccata(This Dish Tastes Delicious Served With Rice) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless pork cutlets
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. dried oregano
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic
    1 large onion
    1 1/2 c. beef broth
    1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
    4 large ripe tomatoes
    1/3 c. oil
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves chopped garlic
    1 Tbsp. chopped basil
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    3 Tbsp. Italian salad dressing
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cube tomatoes and place in medium bowl.
    Saute garlic and onion in 1 pound of oil until golden brown and add to tomatoes. Add remaining ingredients into bowl with tomatoes, oil, basil, parsley, salad dressing, salt and pepper.
    Set aside.
    Cook 1 pound of pasta; drain and add tomato mix on top of pasta.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
