Cheese And Bacon Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bacon
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. sherry or sweet vermouth
    Tabasco sauce
    1 c. mayo
    4 green onions, sliced
    Worcestershire sauce
    Melba rounds
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp.
    Drain and crumble.
    Combine with mayo, cheese, onions, sherry and seasonings to taste.
    Mix well. Chill 3 hours or up to 3 days.
    Spread on Melba rounds.
    Broil until bubbly.
    Watch.
    Yields about 50.
