Grilled Short Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. beef short ribs
1/4 c. prepared yellow mustard
1/4 c. tomato juice
2 Tbsp. molasses
Preparation

Arrange short ribs in shallow baking pan.
Cover with foil. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Stir together mustard, tomato juice and molasses.
Brush over baked short ribs.
Grill over hot coals for 20 to 30 minutes until tender, turning frequently and brushing with mustard mixture.
Makes four to six servings.
