Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
    1 jar Cheez Whiz
    1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 can mushroom soup
    3 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery and broccoli in butter for 3 to 5 minutes.
    Stir in cheese, soup and milk until smooth.
    Place rice in 8-inch square dish.
    Pour cheese mix over rice.
    DO NOT STIR! Bake uncovered at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
