Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. plum tomatoes, chopped
4 c. sweet and hot peppers, chopped (green, jalapeno, banana peppers)
2 c. chopped onions
2 c. red wine vinegar
2 c. pureed tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
3/4 c. brown sugar
10 cloves garlic, chopped
1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian seasoning
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. lime juice
2 Tbsp. cilantro
2 Tbsp. basil
2 Tbsp. chives
Preparation

Combine the first 11 ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Chop all the spices and add to the sauce. Remove from heat, chill and serve.
