King Ranch Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    1 medium onion
    1 pkg. corn tortillas
    1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    4 to 6 chicken breasts
    1 pkg. cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Boil chicken, pick off the bone and shred.
    Finely chop onion and saute in butter.
    Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and soup.
    Heat mixture until smooth.
    In large casserole dish, layer tortillas, soup mixture and chicken, then cheese, until dish is full.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
