Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium-sized potatoes (unpeeled)
    6 slices bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
    1 medium-sized onion, chopped
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. red vinegar
    minced parsley (for garnish)
Preparation
    In 4-quart saucepan over high heat, heat unpeeled potatoes and enough water to cover.
    Heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 25 to 30 minutes until potatoes are fork-tender.
    Drain. Cool potatoes slightly.
    Peel and dice potatoes.
