Plum Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. oleo
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. plain yogurt (room temperature)
1 1/2 c. fresh chopped plums
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, baking soda and baking powder.
Cut in oleo. Mix yogurt, eggs and vanilla.
Mix together and fold in plums. Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Pour batter into greased muffin pans.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove from pan immediately.
