Stuffed Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breast halves, boned and skinned
    4 (1 oz.) slices Swiss cheese, cut in half
    1 c. seasoned, dry bread crumbs
    4 (1 oz.) slices cooked ham, cut in half
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 tsp. water
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Place each chicken breast half on a sheet of wax paper. Flatten to 1/4-inch thickness, using a meat mallet or rolling pin. Place 1 piece of ham and cheese in center of each chicken piece. Roll up lengthwise and secure with toothpicks.
