Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef round steak
    1 medium sized onion, sliced
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 (8 oz.) can Hunt's tomato sauce
    1 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Roll steak in flour.
    Cook onion in oil until tender.
    Brown meat on both sides in oil and onion mixture.
    Add tomato sauce, water, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
    Cover and simmer about 1 1/2 hours, or until meat is tender.
