Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. yellow squash
    4 large onions
    1 stick butter
    seasoned pepper
Preparation
    Slice squash and onions thinly; steam until tender.
    Drain and press out most of the water.
    Turn out into a shallow casserole dish.
    Using a pastry blender, chop the veggies to a lumpy, mashed consistency, blending in the butter and pepper to taste.
    Bake, uncovered, about 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
