Fruit Kabobs With Yogurt Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pineapple, peeled and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
    1 pt. fresh strawberries
    2 large bananas, cut in 1-inch pieces
    3 kiwi fruit, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
    1 c. vanilla yogurt
    2 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
Preparation
    On 6-inch wooden skewers, alternate pineapple, strawberries, bananas and kiwi fruit.
    Combine yogurt and orange juice to make dip.
    Cover and chill for 2 hours or longer.
    Garnish with rind. Yields 1 1/2 cups dip.
