Pineapple Pic-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can pineapple chunks
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    6 to 8 whole cloves
    1 (4-inch) cinnamon stick
Preparation
    Drain syrup from pineapple.
    To 3/4 cup of syrup, add remaining ingredients.
    Heat 10 minutes.
    Add pineapple.
    Bring to boil.
    Refrigerate 2 days.
    Serve ice cold (with toothpicks).
