Pizza Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. warm water
    1/4 c. oil
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 1/2 lb. flour (use bread flour if available)
Preparation
    Knead with oiled hands until smooth.
    Let raise 1 to 2 hours. Pound it down and divide into four loaves.
    Use immediately or place each ball in a Ziploc bag.
    (Put 1 teaspoon oil in each bag).
    Refrigerate until ready to use.
    It will last 2 weeks in the fridge.
