Gourmet Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab
1 c. bread crumbs
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. white wine
3 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
Preparation

Combine all ingredients together in large mixing bowl by blending lightly, adding crab meat last.
Do not break crabmeat lumps.
Shape into 12 (2 1/2-inch) cakes.
Add extra bread crumbs to hold cakes together, if needed.
Place cake on buttered baking sheet pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with lemon wedges and cocktail sauce.
Serves 6.
