Pizza Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 3/4 c. flour
    2 pkg. yeast
    pinch of sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Mix first four ingredients.
    Add water and oil.
    Mix and knead until you are able to roll into a smooth ball.
    Place in warm place with towel over it.
    Let rise 30 minutes.
    Punch down and let set for 4 minutes.
    Roll out and place on pan and let rise for 15 minutes.
    Add toppings (sauce, cheese, meats, veggies, etc.). Place pizza in cold oven, set temperature to 500\u00b0 and bake for 15 to 17 minutes, or longer depending on your oven!
    (This recipe works best on \"Air-Pans.\")
