Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cranberries
1 c. sugar
1 lb. Tokay grapes, halved and seeded
2 apples, chopped (not peeled)
1/2 c. coarsely chopped nuts
1 pt. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation

Grind cranberries and drain 1 hour.
Combine cranberries and sugar.
Let stand 1 hour.
Drain again.
Combine next 3 ingredients with drained cranberries.
Fold in whipped cream. Chill.
Makes 12 servings.
