Chicken A La Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium hen, cooked
    1 qt. broth or more
    1 c. celery, chopped
    2 green peppers, chopped
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 (9 oz.) box spaghetti
    salt
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 can pimentos
    1 can mushrooms
    1 lb. cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cook chicken until meat falls from bone.
    Take liquid which should be 1 quart or more and add celery, peppers and onions. Cook until tender.
    Add diced chicken, salt, Worcestershire sauce, pimentos, mushrooms and cheese.
    Allow to age in refrigerator for at least 24 hours.
    Bake slow in oven for 30 minutes.
    Serves 12 to 14.
    Freezes well and is most convenient for last minute unexpected guests.
