Pineapple Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. pineapple (crushed, undrained)
    3 c. flour (plain)
    6 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. butter
    2 3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Cream shortening, butter and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time. Beat well after each egg.
    Mix baking powder and flour; add to mixer.
    Add milk and vanilla; stir in pineapple.
    Pour in cool oven.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
