Phoney Abalone - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boneless chicken breasts
1 (8 oz.) bottle clam juice
fresh garlic, minced or garlic powder to taste
1 egg, beaten
flour and bread crumb mixture
Preparation

Place chicken between waxed paper and pound thin.
Pour clam juice and garlic over chicken and marinate 36 hours.
Drain chicken and dip in egg, then in flour-bread crumb mixture.
Fry quickly in hot pan with butter or oil.
