Lo-Cal Whipped Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. instant dry milk
    1/2 c. ice water*
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    artificial sweetener to equal 3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    *Fill bowl with crushed ice.
    Add water and let set a few minutes.
    Drain out amount of water needed.
