Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

2 well beaten eggs
3/4 c. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. grated carrot
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 can crushed pineapple with juice
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix in order given.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes in a greased and floured pan at 350\u00b0.
