Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli or 1 large bunch fresh broccoli
    1 c. grated American cheese
    1 c. water chestnuts (8 1/2 oz.), sliced
    1 c. mushroom soup
    2/3 c. condensed milk
    1 c. mushrooms
    1 c. French fried onion rings
Preparation
    Stew broccoli 4 minutes and drain.
    Put in casserole dish; add cheese and chestnuts.
    Combine soup, milk and mushrooms and pour over broccoli.
    Bake for 25 minutes.
    Top with onion rings and bake 3 minutes longer.
