Parmesan-Potato Fans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
6 medium baking potatoes
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
lemon slices (optional)
fresh parsley sprigs (optional)
Preparation

Combine the first 5 ingredients in a small bowl; set aside. Wash potatoes; pat dry.
Cut each potato crosswise into 1/4-inch thick slices, cutting to, but not through, bottom of potato. Allow potatoes to stand in ice water for 10 minutes.
