Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 stalks broccoli
    1 lb. bacon
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Wash and cut broccoli into bite-size pieces.
    Fry bacon crisp and break up.
    Cut cheese into cubes (small).
    Mix sugar, vinegar and mayonnaise well, then add broccoli, bacon and cheese.
    Chill and serve.
