Spinach Tortellini Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small onion, chopped
2 carrots, thinly sliced
5 c. chicken broth
1 (9 oz.) pkg. cheese or meat filled tortellini pasta
1/2 (5 oz.) pkg. fresh spinach, coarsely chopped
Preparation

Combine onion, carrot and broth; bring to a boil. Add tortellini; reduce heat. Simmer 4 minutes. Add spinach; stir and simmer 4 minutes or until carrots are tender.
