Crab Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. oil
Old Bay to taste
2 to 3 Tbsp. fresh herbs (parsley, tarragon, basil, chives)
1/4 c. mayonnaise or a little less
avocados, peeled, pitted and cut in 1/2 lengthwise (optional)
lettuce
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients thoroughly.
Then add mayonnaise and mix until well blended.
Scoop crab salad into avocado halves and serve on bed of lettuce.
