2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. white wine
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. salt or less
Preparation

Melt butter, add flour.
Stir in juice, slowly, then wine. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
Add brown sugar and salt.
