Baked Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 jar dried beef
9 bacon slices
1 can evaporated milk
9 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
Preparation

Line a greased casserole dish (9 x 13-inch) with dried beef. Place chicken on top with bacon strip on each chicken piece.
Mix soup.
Add milk and sour cream.
Pour over all.
Place in cold oven at 250\u00b0 and bake for 4 hours, uncovered.
Serve over rice, noodles or pasta.
