Shrimp Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. cooking oil
3 Tbsp. flour
2 onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 c. water
2 c. shrimp, cleaned
2 c. rice, cooked
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook flour and cooking oil until very light brown.
Add chopped onions and garlic.
Cook until onions are soft.
Add tomato sauce, water, shrimp, salt and pepper.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Cook rice while waiting.
Add cooked rice to the mixture and simmer for 5 more minutes.
Serve hot.
