Ingredients

1 cup butter
1/2 cup cocoa
1 cup water
1/2 cup Highpoint Dairy Buttermilk
2 large eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups sugar
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cook first 3 ingredients in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until butter melts and mixture is smooth, remove from heat. Beat buttermilk and next 3 ingredients at medium speed of mixer until smooth. Add butter mixture to buttermilk mixture, beating until blended. Combine sugar, flour, and salt, gradually add to buttermilk mixture, beating until blended. Pour into greased 15 x 10 inch jellyroll pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until set. Spread Chocolate Buttermilk Frosting over warm cake.
