Fudge Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Cream the sugar, butter and milk; add flour, salt, baking powder and cocoa.
    Place in buttered and floured 9 x 9-inch pan. Sprinkle with nuts.
