Italian Style Chuck Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. beef chuck steak
1 small onion
1 can Italian peeled tomatoes, drained and chopped
1 Tbsp. oregano
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper flakes
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Trim excess fat from steak.
Place in shallow glass baking dish with plenty of space around meat.
