Sweet Potato Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    4 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Boil sweet potatoes. Mash. Measure 3 cups. Mix with sugar, salt, beaten eggs, butter, milk, cinnamon and vanilla. Spread in a 9-inch square baking dish, sprayed with cooking spray.
