Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. lean beef or deer
    1 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. soy sauce
    4 tsp. soy sauce
    4 tsp. Accent
    4 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    4 tsp. onion powder
    2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. sage
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients to dissolve.
    Cut meat into 3/8-inch strips and put in mixture, completely covered.
    Marinate for 24 hours.
    Take meat out and let drain.
    Put in oven across racks; bake at 150\u00b0 for 6 to 8 hours.
    Store in airtight container. Will keep up to 2 years in refrigerator.
