Crock-Pot Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. chicken breast
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1 chopped onion
    24 oz. tomato sauce
    3 tsp. oregano
    3/4 tsp. thyme
    cooked spaghetti
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 cloves minced garlic
    6 Tbsp. dry red wine
    6 oz. canned sliced mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Brown chicken in oil and drain.
    In slow cooker, combine chicken and remaining ingredients except the spaghetti.
    Cook on low for 5 to 7 hours.
    Spoon over hot cooked spaghetti.
    Makes 5 servings.
