Snowy Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 lb. potatoes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chives
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. paprika

Preparation

Cook potatoes in boiling, salted water.
Mash and add cream cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper and garlic.
Beat at high speed until smooth.
Stir in chives.
