French Toast Bundles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf Pepperidge Farm bread or sourdough
    4 slices Canadian bacon
    4 slices Monterey cheese
    1 egg, beaten or 1/2 c. eggnog
    strawberry preserves or powdered sugar
Preparation
    Cut bread into 3/4-inch slices.
    Put a slice of cheese and a slice of bacon between the bread.
    Dip the bundles in the egg on both sides.
    Spray pan with Pam and heat over medium heat until hot.
    After Pam is hot, add bundles and cook for 2 1/2 minutes or until golden brown.
    Turn bundles and cook another 1 1/2 minutes or until golden brown.
    Spread strawberry preserves on top or sift powdered sugar on top.
