Rhubarb Charlotte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. rhubarb, stewed
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. ground ginger
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Use brown and white sugars to sweeten rhubarb.
    Put stewed rhubarb in ovenproof dish.
    Mix together flour, sugar and milk. Pour resulting batter over fruit.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
