Poppy Seed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium iceberg lettuce
    3 green onions, chopped
    3/4 c. sliced almonds
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. Jane's Krazy salt (I found this at Kroger)
    1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. Chinese rice noodles (La Choy)
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine lettuce and onions.
    Refrigerate. In small skillet, saute the almonds with 1 tablespoon sugar and butter; set aside.
    In a separate bowl, combine oil, vinegar, 1/4 cup sugar and seasonings.
    Mix well.
    Just before serving, add noodles, almonds and dressing to lettuce.
    Mix well.
