Daughter-In-Law Nova'S Christmas Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 strips crumbled bacon
3 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 uncooked pie shell (8-inch)

Preparation

Mix all ingredients; pour into pie shell.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Make sure it doesn't jiggle.
May be topped with canned onion rings during last 10 minutes.
