Ham And Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. wild or other rice
    2 c. water
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1 bay leaf
    2 c. diced ham
    2 c. cut up shrimp
    1 can shrimp soup
    1/2 c. milk
    potato chips or buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Bring water to boil, add beef cubes and bay leaf.
    When cubes are dissolved, add rice and cook until done.
    Remove bay leaf. Brown onion and pepper in butter.
    Combine these with rice and remaining ingredients.
    Pour into a greased casserole. Cover with crumbled potato chips or buttered bread crumbs and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
