Blueberry Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. washed and drained blueberries
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
6 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation

Pour berries into buttered 10 x 6 x 2-inch pan (or 8 x 8-inch square pan).
Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Stir together flour, sugar and egg until mixture resembles coarse cornmeal.
Spread over berries.
Drizzle melted margarine over topping.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
