Ingredients

1 stick oleo, melted
2 1/2 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Stir brown sugar into oleo.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each egg.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bake in a deep square pan for approximately 30 minutes.
Cool and cut into squares. Can then be dipped in powdered sugar for a variation.
